  1. Borobudur Temple

Plaosan is a Hindu-Buddhist temple with 248 ancillary temples consisting of twin monasteries or the main temple building. There are also two terraced temple buildings with impressive shapes, which are the most prominent in Java.

The large entrance to the main temple to the east contains inscriptions that date back to 792. Sewu Temple is one of the most important temples in Java, back to the eighth century.
