El Dia de las Empanadas!

Today's holiday will make everyone's lunch choice extremely easy, as this dish has caught the fancy of many people. That's right, it's National Empanada Day, and who doesn't love these fried morsels of scrumptiousness! When a day celebrating promotional food like this comes along, there's no time for messing about…well, at least that's the case for me. Since our lovely neighbors to the south enjoy donning sombreros, I always make sure that I'm wearing Mexico's favorite customized hat whenever I go to get my fill of empanadas! iAsi buenas tardes y disfruta su empanada!
