National Pomegranate Month

[Via: The Nibble—Gourmet Food Magazine]

November is the tastiest month of the year, home to the most food holidays! For those who didn’t know, November is National Pomegranate Month. I am so not making this up!! Just thought it would be a good idea to build awareness of November’s diverse food holidays.

Wondering how to celebrate this glorious month with pomegranates? How about trying some new recipes or incorporating the fruit with your turkey or sweet mash potatoes this Thanksgiving? Or utilize that snazzy cheese set and serve pomegranates with an elaborate cheese display as appetizers for your next party!

If you are clueless on how to open a pomegranate, POM, the pioneers in pomegranate products, shows you how with this nifty diagram:

Enjoy your new found love for pomegranates!
